Home Charging.
Your BMW is supplied with a home charging cable (3-pin plug) as standard. In addition, you can also choose additional charging services via our Home Charging Partner, Pod Point.
Pod Point offer home charger and installation, for easier, more efficient charging at home. Following home installation by an expert, the home charger offers three times more efficient charging than a standard 3-pin plug.

Public Charging.
Your electric BMW will include a charging cable and a BMW Charging Card for charging in public. This gives you access to our ever-growing network of charging points across Europe. Easily find public charging points via the navigation system in your BMW or the My BMW App* and find out the latest prices, tariffs and benefits at bmw-charging.com. In addition, with Plug & Charge your BMW can initiate the charging process at enabled charging stations** without the need for a charging card or app and automatically apply a charge to your charging contract. Route optimised for Charging.
Plan your route comfortably via the My BMW App* or in the vehicle. With BMW Maps necessary charging stops are planned automatically and customised optimally according to your preferences.

* The My BMW App is compatible with all BMW vehicles from model year 2014 and later. This requires the ConnectedDrive Services option and a suitable smartphone. The availability and functions of the My BMW App vary according to the market.
** Plug & Charge functionality is only available with applicable BMW models via enabled charging stations. Your BMW will be authenticated independently by transmission of your contract data from your vehicle.
