- Every BMW Corporate Certified Retailer has a dedicated corporate team, trained to offer exceptional service tailored to your needs.
- The corporate team will be on hand to give comprehensive demonstrations of fleet vehicles, answer any questions and help you find the ideal BMW.
- Retailers promise to keep your business on the move by aspiring to provide industry leading response time to any enquiries.
- To ensure our exceptional standards of service are maintained, all Corporate Certified Retailers undergo a regular and comprehensive training programme with ongoing support available to them.

A FLEXIBLE HANDOVER TO SUIT YOU.
- To provide a premium handover experience, the programme offers a choice of local delivery options. You can either collect your new car from your chosen Corporate Certified Retailer, or have it delivered directly to you from the closest BMW centre.
- If you choose to have your BMW delivered, you’ll still receive a full and thorough handover experience. Your handover will be completed by a professional uniformed driver who will be happy to help you familiarise yourself with the controls, setup your app*, pair your phone, and more.
- Your new BMW will never have more than 150 miles on the clock when it arrives. It will also arrive with at least half a tank of fuel or 80% electric charge.
- A member of your chosen Retailer’s corporate team will contact you within 48 hours of your car’s handover to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions.
MY BMW APP.
The My BMW App is your direct connection to the world of BMW. Easy to install and even easier to navigate, it’s been designed to maximise your driving experience, whichever BMW you drive. Map out routes to send directly to your car, check its status, and easily access the fuel or battery level – no matter where you are.
