Dear customer, please note that you are not entering into a service contract with the selected retailer on this website. This platform is only intended to help you find a suitable retailer and appointment date. A successful appointment request will be confirmed to you by automatic email.

BMW (UK) is not responsible for the offers and prices displayed on this website as these are entered by the retailers and are indicative only. Your selected retailer will agree with you on the final price and the terms of the service contract separately, on the selected date of service at the latest. Please contact your selected retailer for further information including service-related terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions of your selected retailer apply and can be accessed on the retailers’ homepages and/or will be provided to you by your selected retailer.

All recommended servicing intervals are for reference only. If you are in any doubt which service you require please select “service as required” and your preferred retailer will be able to assist you further.

Prices displayed as “Inclusive” are included within your service pack and are bound by the terms and conditions of the service pack. If you select a service outside of your service schedule then you will be charged for the service.

Your selected retailer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of submitting an online request except where it is caused by the negligence of your selected retailer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

If there is any reason to believe that you are in breach of these terms and conditions, your selected retailer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in any promotional activity.

Information about Products and Services.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date and accurate, neither we nor any BMW Centre can accept responsibility for your reliance on any information on this website.
