BMW RETAIL NETWORK APPRENTICESHIPS.
BMW and MINI occupies an enviable position in an ever changing automotive world. Our products are recognised worldwide for their quality, technology and performance, and we have a Retailer network reflecting these qualities. One of the most important factors in keeping BMW and MINI at the forefront of the automotive industry is its customer satisfaction. This is where you could play a part.
The start of customer satisfaction is to recruit the right people and offer them outstanding training with appropriate qualifications, together with continual personal development.
BMW APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME.
The BMW Retailer Network offers an exciting range of career opportunities for exceptional young people via the BMW Apprenticeship Programmes. The Apprenticeship Programmes themselves are unique to BMW with particular emphasis on the latest technology. Training takes place predominantly at your BMW Retailer, with specialised training at one of our outstanding training centres (depending on the programme).
Are these run by qualified BMW staff?
Experienced trainers deliver the material and practical assignments necessary to help you achieve your qualification. We also have a team of representatives from the BMW Group who follow your progress by making regular visits to see you at your place of work, ensuring all your training needs are met.
Are there any requirements?
If you are interested in applying for a BMW Apprenticeship you will need a good educational background and already have, or expect to receive, three GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths.

Every new apprentice will attend an induction programme at the Plas Menai National Watersports Centre in Wales. Time spent here helps apprentices make friends, appreciate others' strengths and weaknesses, and understand the value of teamwork and skill-sharing - key skills that they can carry forward to the BMW Academy and day-to-day life in the BMW Retailer. Of course, it's also about having fun, so the students can take part in the myriad of activities on and off the water, including sailing, gorge walking, powerboating, canoe and kayaking, rope walking and climbing all under the trained eye of expert instructors. What is the recruitment process?
On receipt of your application, we will check that you meet the initial criteria.
