- Whatever you need before and during your journey, Remote Services, USB Map Update, Real Time Traffic Information, BMW Online, On-Street Parking Information and Online Speech Processing are all available in your BMW.
- Make the most of connectivity, the best support, maximum comfort and the latest information during every journey.

The Connected Package Professional is package designed for customers who are always on the go, who wish to be kept informed before and during their journey and stay in control in every situation. And that's exactly what you get from the smart BMW ConnectedDrive services. A digital driving experience combined with essential services not only make every journey more efficient, but as comfortable as possible.
Remote Services
Check the status of your BMW while on the go. With Remote Services activated, through My BMW App you can send messages to your vehicle, with destinations direct to your navigation, or instructions to lock / unlock your vehicle, locate the last parked position or flash the headlights.
USB Map Update
Always find the correct way. USB Map Update offers you the ability to ensure your map data is always up to date.
Real Time Traffic Information
Real Time Traffic Information updates accurate traffic data into your navigation system every three minutes, allowing you to see the traffic situation that currently exists.
Over-the-air Map Update
Automatic Map Update enables the Navigation System Professional to always receive the most current navigation map data, over-the-air.
BMW Online
With BMW Online, you are not dependent on your smartphone thanks to the SIM card integrated into the car itself, and can have all your route information displayed during your journey.
Online Speech Processing
Your BMW responds to your commands. Thanks to online speech processing, your vehicle can understand you better than ever before.
On-Street Parking Information
On-Street Parking Information shows drivers the likelihood of an available parking space on the street in the BMW Navigation System.
HOW IT WORKS
Important information about the Connected Package Professional:
- The number of displayed services within the packages may change depending on the technical restrictions and specification of your vehicle.
- Individually booked and activated ConnectedDrive services, excluding Remote Services, can result in a package not being bookable for your vehicle.
- If your vehicle already has ongoing contracts for services which are not part of the package, these contracts will run independently of the booked package.
Online Speech Processing apply only for vehicles with the following specifications:
- iDrive 5/iDrive 6 required produced from 2017 onwards with Professional Navigation system
